We met late one night in late July of 2019. He was coming with some mutual friends to stay at my new apartment and visit some local Long Beach tourist attractions, such as the Queen Mary. The moment I set my eyes on him (in the daylight), I knew he was someone I needed in my life. The next afternoon, we spent hours talking- just the two of us. It felt like there was no one else around- even though our friends were just a couple of feet away.
Who made the first move?
She did! She sent him a text message before he even left her apartment!
Who's going to take out the trash?
He will! She does all the cooking, so it only makes sense 😂
What was your most memorable date?
One night, we decided to go watch the sunset from the same beach where we had our first talk. We brought an awesome cheese board and mocktails and were fully ready to watch the sunset. We didn't, however, realize the sun was setting to our right and we couldn't see it over the buildings in Downtown Long Beach! 😂
What's your favorite activity together?
We love playing games, watching our favorite shows, and reading adventure books together!
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
We're not sure yet! Where do you think we should go?
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
Our first solo road trip to the Kern River Valley! It was the first time we were able to truly get away from everyone and connect in a whole new way!
